First 80 Incentive

Thanks to a sponsorship from Carl Zeiss Meditec, the TCG Board of Directors has approved a special incentive for the first 80 registrants to the conference.

• The first 50 registrants will receive a $500 travel stipend and Friday night hotel stay during the conference.
• The next 30 registrants will receive a $300 travel stipend and Friday night hotel stay during the conference.

This incentive applies to registered Physicians / Physicist only staying at the conference hotel and paying the full conference registration rate - contingent upon a completed conference evaluation by the attendee at the conclusion of the conference. The hotel night is for Friday, February 8th only and is not transferable to another night. Only room, tax and resort fee are paid. Incidentals and other charges to the room are the responsibility of the attendee.

Travel Stipend & Free Night Stay

The first 80 registrants that meet the above criteria will be paid their travel stipend via check, contingent upon a completed conference evaluation. Checks will be distributed within 90 days following the conference to the individual or organization named during registration. No travel stipend will be offered for registration cancellations or no-shows.  There are no guarantees of the travel stipend until confirmation is received by TCG.

The free night stay will be applied to their reservation during the conference. Individuals will make their own hotel reservations.  TCG staff will work with the hotel to have the room and tax for Friday night removed for those eligible to receive the free night.

Included in Registration

The conference registration fee includes access to the conference for two days, conference material, name badge, lunch and breaks for two days. It also includes the Friday night reception and Saturday Night Balcony Party

Bourbon Street Balcony Party (Saturday)

An experience you won't forget. Spend the evening above the world famous Bourbon Street in New Orleans in the heart of the French Quarter.  Space is limited in our private room with a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street. You will feel just like you are at Mardi Gras. Included with your registration, but you must RSVP.  Includes dinner and drinks for the evening.  Sponsored by Agendia.

Registrants may choose to be invoiced for their conference registration. Registration must be paid in full prior to entry into the conference.

Rates & Deadlines

All registrants pay the listed conference registration fee. When registering for the conference you will indicate what nights you plan to stay at the hotel.

3. First 80 Incentive: Registrants will receive a complimentary Friday night stay and a travel stipend.
