The Conference will be held ta the Las Vegas Strip at The Sahara, centrally located at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip with convenient access to Harry Reid International Airport and direct access to the Monorail.

Hotel Information

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. All attendees are expected to stay at the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel during the conference. TCG has negotiated the following hotel rates:
Single Double:

• Thursday, January 30th - $79.00 + taxes/fees
• Friday, January 31st - $169.00 + taxes/fees
• Saturday, February 1st - $169.00 + taxes/fees
• Sunday, February 2nd - $54.00 + taxes/fees

Triple/Quad: There will be an additional per-person charge of $15.00 for Triple/Quad occupancy.

Call for Abstracts

Abstract submissions are now open. Scientific topics include those dealing with advancements, clinical, biological, and physics aspects of different applications of IORT therapy. Click Here to see the submission criteria. The top oral and poster abstracts will be recognized at the meeting.

The Abstract Submission Deadline has been extended to Friday, December 19th. We would like to invite you to submit a potential title for oral presentation (10 minutes) or poster presentation. Scientific topics include those dealing with advancements, clinical, biological, and physics aspects of different applications of IORT therapy.

Submission Guidelines: Max 500 words
Structure: Purpose, material and methods, results and conclusions
Recently presented submissions permitted
Abstract Deadline Extended: Friday, December 19, 2024
Approvals will be sent by December 23rd. 

Refund Policy

Attendee Registration:

Full registration refunds will be granted up to 60 days of the Convention. Partial refunds will only be given up to 30 days prior to the Convention. Refunds will not be granted 30 days or less to the start of the Conference.
