You are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Conference of the TARGIT Collaborative Group (TCG) to be held February 7 - 8, 2020 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.  

The TCG Annual Conference gathers the finest radiation oncologists, cancer surgeons, physicists, and other cancer experts that share a common commitment to improving cancer patient care through education, patient advocacy, mentorship, and collaborative research. In 2019 our conference attracted over 150 radiation oncologists, cancer surgeons, physicists and other experts in intraoperative radiotherapy throughout the world including exhibitors, sponsors, medical professionals, and students. We are expecting close to 200 attendees this year.

For 2020, you can participate as an Exhibitor, a Sponsor or both. You do not have to attend the conference to be a Sponsor.

As an Exhibitor at the TCG Conference, you will be able to display your products and services in our Exhibitor Area. The Exhibitor Fee includes your tabletop exhibit space and registration for one company representative.

As a Sponsor, you will receive recognition through our advanced promotions and on-site at the conference. Companies that are unable to attend the conference are encouraged to support TCG through a sponsorship. There are many different sponsorship opportunities with a range of prices. Choose from several sponsorship packages to maximize your marketing dollars or take advantage of individual opportunities.

You have two additional sponsorship opportunities
• Sponsored Speaker – Sponsor a speaker of your company’s choice for 15 minutes during the conference.
• Simulation Lab – We are instructing another simulation lab this year. There are opportunities to sponsor and participate.

To reserve your exhibit space and/or sponsorship please complete the form in the guide and return to the TCG office. Completed forms can be sent via postal mail, fax, or e-mail.  There is a limited number of exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities.  All opportunities are on a first come, first-serve basis.  The sooner your company signs-up the sooner you can take advantage of our advance conference promotions.
